Terms and ConditionsIf your stay is less than 7 nights, a $150.00 cleaning fee is added. The minimum stay during high season or a holiday week is 7 nights. Pool and Spa heat is optional. Pool and Spa heat is $40.00 per night or $275 per week in winter (October through April) and $35 per night or $225 per week in summer (May through September). Spa heat alone is $25/night (summer only).Pool heat is recommended during the months of October through April. A 50% deposit will hold the reservation until 60 days prior to arrival, when the balance is due. $500 of the deposit is non-refundable, however the remainder of the deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival.Prices above reflect a 3% discount for payment by personal check or money order.Payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, personal check or money order.
